How do I register a complaint for Cash not received/ Less cash received by an ATM ?

As you have not received cash or received less cash through an ATM, we request you to register your complaint by following the below mentioned steps :

Internet Banking: (For ICICI Bank ATM)

Please login to Internet Banking with your User ID and Password > Select Customer Service > Service Request > Bank Accounts > More> Account Transaction Related > Query Regarding Cash Withdrawal from ICICI Bank ATM > Enter the required details and submit the request.

Internet Banking: (For Non-ICICI Bank ATM)

Please login to Internet Banking with your User ID and Password > Select Customer Service > Service Request > Bank Accounts > More> Account Transaction Related>Query Regarding Cash Withdrawal from Non-ICICI Bank ATM>Enter the required details and submit the request.
