How do I check the details for non-receipt of my cheque book?
You may place a request for non receipt of your cheque book through the below mentioned channels.
 
Internet Banking: 
Please login to your Internet Banking Account >Customer Service >Service Request>Bank Accounts > more> Cheque Book/ DD Related > Request for Re-dispatch of undelivered Debit card/Cheque Book.

The first delivery attempt will be done within 5 working days from the date of request.
