How can I update my KYC?
We request you to visit the nearest branch with the duly filled and signed KYC form along with your KYC documents. To locate the nearest ICICI Bank Branch, visit maps.icicibank.com/mobile .
 
KYC form will be provided at the branch or the same can be downloaded from our website www.icicibank.com > Others (at the bottom of the page) > Form Center > Click on 'Customer Identification Data Updation Form' under 'KYC Formats'.
 
If you hold a joint account, the update of KYC documents in your account will be completed only on successful submission of KYC documents of all account holders.
 
To update your KYC, please submit a proof of your identity and address from the following ‘Officially Valid Documents’ (OVDs) at your nearest ICICI Bank branch:

*Current Account customers need to furnish constitution documents (MoA, AoA, CoI etc.), address proof, officially valid documents and other documents as applicable.
