How do I check the details for non-receipt of my renewed credit card?
For non-receipt of renewed credit card, please raise a query through the below mentioned channels:

Please login to your Internet Banking Account > Customer Service > Service Request > Credit Card > More > Credit Card Dispatch Related > Replacement/Renewal Card Not Received.

The first delivery attempt will be done within 5 working days from the date of request.
