I do not hold any credit card with ICICI Bank, however, I’m receiving SMS/E-mail alerts regarding credit card on my mobile number/e-mail ID. Whom should I approach?

You may place a complaint regarding receipt of wrong alerts (SMS/E-mail) through the below mentioned channels:

Write to us at customer.care@icicibank.com with last 4 digits of your Credit Card number from your registered e-mail ID.

Please provide the date and time of alert received, content of alert received and the mobile number or e-mail ID on which alert was received to resolve (initiate) your complaint.
