What is the process if the customer has not received the vouchers within the specified time frame via sms or email?

Electronic: If you have not received the Electonic shopping vouchers then please send an email to our service provider email at help@mygyftr.com or call helpline at 08510004444. In case you are sending email then please provide the relevant transaction details as below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name

Physical: If you have not received the physical voucher then an email can be sent to the customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response within 48 hours. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name
