What happens if the customer receives a shopping voucher of lesser amount than the actual transaction value?

Electronic: If you have received the Electonic shopping vouchers of incorrect value then please send an email to our service provider email at help@mygyftr.com or call helpline at 08510004444. In case you are sending email then please provide the relevant transaction details as below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount\
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name

Physical: If you have received a voucher of incorrect value then an email can be sent to the customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response within 48 hours. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name
