Where will the end customer contact in case the voucher is not accepted at the front end /online store?

Electronic: If your Electonic shopping vouchers is not getting accepted for redemption then please send an email to our service provider email at help@mygyftr.com or call helpline at 08510004444. In case you are sending email then please provide the relevant transaction details as below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name

Physical: If your physical shopping vouchers is not getting accepted for redemption then you can write an email to our customer support team at csupportmr@euronetworldwide.com and you will get a response within 48 hours. You need to send relevant transaction details as mentioned below:

  • Transaction ID
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date
  • Shopping vouchers brand name
