LinkThreshold limit is the balance amount (on the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip) at which the Auto Recharge instruction will be automatically triggered. The threshold limit is ₹50 i.e., when the balance on the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip drops below ₹50, Auto Recharge amount of ₹200 will be credited to the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip after automatic deduction from the Credit limit.

In this facility, the Auto Recharge amount is credited to the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip automatically whenever the balance on the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip drops below the threshold limit. The Auto Recharge amount is ₹200 i.e., every time the balance on your Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip drops below a certain limit, ₹200 will be debited to your Credit Card and credited to the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip.

What should I do if my ICICI Bank Unifare Mumbai Metro Credit Card is stolen or lost?
LinkPlease contact ICICI Bank Customer Care to report the loss of your Credit Card. ICICI Bank will immediately block the Credit Card to avoid misuse anywhere outside the Mumbai Metro and will replace the Credit Card with a new Credit Card. Please note that standard card reissuance charges may be levied in case of reissuance of lost/stolen or damaged cards.
The balance on the Mumbai Metro Smart Card Chip will however not be transferable to the new Smart Card Chip. ICICI Bank cannot be held liable for any misuse of the same.

If you wish to avail the Auto Recharge facility again, please make a request for a replacement card* by calling our Customer Care.

LinkIn case your ICICI Bank Unifare Mumbai Metro Credit Card is not readable at the Metro stations, please visit the customer service window at the station for resolution of the issue. If the issue persists, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care. ICICI Bank will close your existing Credit Card and send you a new Credit Card. Once the replacement card is received, the customer will have to visit the customer service window at Mumbai Metro station and provide both the cards to the Customer Service Executive. The balance on the old card will be transferred to the new card.
