When are the points credited to PAYBACK Account?

  1. PAYBACK Points from earned on the ICICI Bank Debit Card are credited to the PAYBACK Account by the 15th of the next month. For example, points earned in the month of February 2018, will be credited to the PAYBACK Account by March 15, 2018.
  2. PAYBACK Points earned on the ICICI Bank Credit Card are credited to the PAYBACK Account within 15 days after the Statement cycle.

How can I redeem my ICICI Bank Reward Points, powered by PAYBACK?

1) All you need to do is identify the product and then you can either redeem your ICICI Bank Reward Points, powered by PAYBACK by registering on the PAYBACK website, by calling the PAYBACK Contact Center (1860-258-5000) or by contacting the ICICI bank Customer Care.

2) To redeem your ICICI Bank Reward Points, powered by PAYBACK in cash, please call the the dedicated number 080-40146444 (Standard call charges apply). Please note that the option to convert into cash is available only on certain Cards.

3) Redemption at partner brands in your city: You can redeem your PAYBACK Points to make payments at Big Bazaar, Central, Brand Factory, ezone, Home Town, Megamart (delete Megamart) and many more partners in your city

4) Redemption at online partners: You can redeem your PAYBACK points to make payments at www.bookmyshow.com, www.futurebazaar.com, www.makemytrip.com and many others

I forgot my password of Payback login. How can I get new password?

The Payback reward points redeemed towards gift items will be delivered in 10 working days.

Please call Payback Customer Care at 18602585000 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or write to them at membercare@payback.in, if you have not received the redeemed gift.

Can I transfer my PAYBACK account to another person’s name?

Once PAYBACK membership is issued to an individual the same cannot be transferred to anyone.

If I have multiple PAYBACK accounts, do I have an option to merge?

How long is my PAYBACK Card valid?

Both PAYBACK and i-mint Cards have a lifetime validity.

Can I request the product to be shipped to an alternate mailing address?

You can login to the PAYBACK website at payback.in or call the PAYBACK Contact Centre at 1860-258-5000 (call charges apply) to update your billing address. You can place a redemption order once your profile has been updated.

How do I update my contact / other information at PAYBACK?

You may update your information through any of the following channels:

  1. Register yourself on the PAYBACK website and get access to update your information instantly.
  2. You may also call the PAYBACK Contact Centre at 1860-258-5000 (call charges apply) and place a request for updating your information. Your information will be updated within 2 working days.

Why should I register my PAYBACK Card?

You should register your PAYBACK Card to avail all the benefits of the programme. Once registered, you will be able to check your points balance and redeem your PAYBACK Points for multiple rewards.

What is a PAYBACK Card / membership and how can I get the same?

  1. The PAYBACK Card is your membership card to the PAYBACK loyalty programme.
  2. It uniquely identifies every member with his/her membership number.
  3. It is not a payment instrument like a Credit Card.
  4. It also enables you to earn points from other PAYBACK partner brands.

What should I do in case I do not receive my PAYBACK Card?

What should I do if I face any difficulty in redeeming my points in-store / online?

Please write to membercare@payback.in from your registered email ID or contact the PAYBACK Customer Centre at 1860-258-5000 (call charges apply) from 10:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. from your Linked Mobile Number and quote the PAYBACK Card Number.

What is the eligibility criteria to become a member of PAYBACK?

As an ICICI Bank Credit Card customer, you are automatically enrolled to ICICI Bank Rewards.

How long will it take to receive the product after placing the redemption request using your PAYBACK Membership?

PAYBACK endeavours to ensure that the products ordered reach your registered billing address within 10 working days unless the delay is due to conditions beyond our control or unless otherwise specified.

I am already in enrolled in i-mint on my existing ICICI Bank Credit Card. Will I get a new PAYBACK Card number?

i-mint Cards are no longer in use. Your i-mint card number is now a PAYBACK Card number. You can now use your Linked Mobile number to earn and redeem points at PAYBACK Partners. You do not need to use a card anymore. To link your Mobile Number, please visit the profile section on payback.in 

I was informed that I can redeem the ICICI Bank Reward Points, powered by PAYBACK partners (instore/online) redemption. Where can I check the list of Payback partners?

My existing Payback card is damaged. Can I get another Payback card and whom should I contact?

Yes, you may place a request for damaged Payback card. The existing Payback card will be blocked and a replacement card will be issued.

For replacement of Payback card, please call Payback Customer Care at 18602585000 between 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or write to them at membercare@payback.in.

I have lost my Payback card. Whom should I contact for blocking of Payback card?

What is the validity period of my Payback Card?

The Payback card is valid for life time. There is no expiry date for Payback card.
