Yes in case of loans, based on the loan type if you are eligible you can change the EMI cycle date of your Loan. There are GAP charges associated with changing the dates of the EMI which will are calculated as per the policies for changing the date. Please visit the nearest Asset Servicing Branch to get the details about the same.

Monetary relaxation or settlement is not advised as it reflects badly on your CIBIL score however certain consideration and decision is made by the bank's authorized personnel on case to case basis. Please visit the nearest asset servicing branch to know more about the procedure for settlement. 
It is not advised to make a settlement as it would impact your credit worthiness in the credit bureaus.

You need to visit your nearest asset servicing branch and the staff will guide you for doing the same

If you fail to renew your Jewel Loan on or before maturity your Loan account will be treated as delinquent and interest will be charged at the rate of 6% per annum over and above the normal interest rate. For Renewal of the Loan account, please visit the Nearest Asset Servicing Branch or if you have a savings account with our Bank and you use mera iMobile app, you can also renew your account using the App.

You will receive the NOC at your registered address after 10 working days from closing the loan relationship. If you don’t receive the same within the same time you need to contact nearest asset servicing branch or you can also call customer care.

You cannot make loan payment in the Cash Deposit Machine. Please visit the nearest asset servicing branch for repayment of loan EMI or foreclosure of loan.

If you foreclose the account, you will close the loan early than the agreed time and you will be breaking the agreement which was signed at the time of availing the Loan and there are cost and resources involved in opening and closing of the Loan accounts, hence applicable prepayment charges will be charged.

You can improve your CIBIL score by regularly paying EMI and not making any defaults on your loans and Credit Card. In case of any settlement or waiver, you need to pay the entire Settlement/ Waived off amount and enrolling with us for Credit Builder Program. 

 If the credit card payment is not paid for 60 days past due date or if the credit card outstanding becomes more than 95% of the FD amount, the FD is liquidated.

All payment follow ups are made with the customer as per the guidelines made by RBI and Bank. Since you have missed the payment date these calls and follow up are to intimate you on the pending payments and to avoid accrual of charges. You can pay the same through different digital channels offered by the bank. 

As such there are no charges applicable for availing the credit builder program but in cases where the customer has availed a waiver or done a settlement in any loan accounts, there is a minimum qualifying amount that the customer is liable to pay before enrolling into the Credit Builder Program. This Minimum qualifying amount is calculated based on multiple criteria, we request you to please visit the nearest Asset Servicing Branch to know about the same.

Credit Builder Program gives an opportunity to a delinquent customer to improve his/her credit rating & enables him/her to avail loans in future.

The customer will have to pay off the dues on the existing InstaPlatinum Credit Card, cancel the card, close the existing Fixed Deposit, Create a new Fixed Deposit and avail a new InstaPlatinum Credit Card with enhanced Credit Limit.

Any default or delinquency of a customer is reported to CIBIL immediately after the stipulated time given to the customer as it affects the banks financial statements.

Yes you can renew the Jewel Loan on the mera iMobile app and you can continue your Jewel loan before it becomes mature. If you fail to renew the Jewel Loan before maturity it will be treated as delinquent and interest will be charged.
