In case you have ICICI Bank internet banking access, please log into your ICICI Bank Internet banking account and check the details of your loan or else please install the iMobile app from the Play Store and login to see the details of your loan.
For Gold Loan you need to install the mera iMobile app and check the  details.

Can I change my monthly EMI cycle Date for Personal Loan?

Yes in case of loans, based on the loan type if you are eligible you can change the EMI cycle date of your Loan. There are GAP charges associated with changing the dates of the EMI which will are calculated as per the policies for changing the date. Please visit the nearest Asset Servicing Branch to get the details about the same.

What is the minimum amount of Fixed Deposit required for Credit builder Program?

For availing the Credit Builder Program an Fixed Deposit with a minimum amount of Rs 20,000/- needs to be created.

How can I get an NOC after closing my card?

Yes, you need to visit the Asset Servicing Branch of ICICI Bank to place the request for No Dues Certificate/ No Objection Certificate alternately you may call our Customer Care on 1860 120 7777 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. To know the Customer Care numbers, we request you to click here

Can I get some monetary relaxation in closing my Loan account?

Monetary relaxation or settlement is not advised as it reflects badly on your CIBIL score however certain consideration and decision is made by the bank's authorized personnel on case to case basis. Please visit the nearest asset servicing branch to know more about the procedure for settlement. 
It is not advised to make a settlement as it would impact your credit worthiness in the credit bureaus.

I am receiving calls for the outstanding payment on loans

All payment follow ups are made with the customer as per the guidelines made by RBI and Bank. Since you have missed the payment date these calls and follow up are to intimate you on the pending payments and to avoid accrual of charges. You can pay the same through different digital channels offered by the bank. 

Can I remove Settlement tag from my CIBIL?

You can remove the Settlement Tag in CIBIL by paying the settlement/Waived off amount availed at the time of settlement.

Can I change my Personal Loan EMI amount?

This facility is available only in Home Loans, please visit the nearest asset servicing branch and check if you are eligible for the same and know the details of the procedure to do the same.

What is the TAT to get NOC after closing the loan

You will receive the NOC at your registered address after 10 working days from closing the loan relationship. If you don’t receive the same within the same time you need to contact nearest asset servicing branch or you can also call customer care.

How Can I improve my CIBIL Score?

You can improve your CIBIL score by regularly paying EMI and not making any defaults on your loans and Credit Card. In case of any settlement or waiver, you need to pay the entire Settlement/ Waived off amount and enrolling with us for Credit Builder Program. 

Can I visit to any branch to close my loan?

You need to visit the nearest asset servicing branch to close the loan, this service is not available on the normal ICICI branches.

How can I stop wrong follow ups for someone else's loans?

Can I transfer my existing loan to other person's name?

No, the loan name cannot be changed, you need to foreclose the loan before transferring the loan on any other name.

Will my CIBIL score get affected if I settle my loan?

Every settlement taken with any financial institution, affects your CIBIL record and your credit history will show a Settlement Tag until you pay the full amount

Can I make Part Payment in my Loan?

Yes you can make the part payment but this facility is available only in Home Loans, Part Payment is allowed with certain fees depending upon the type of Home Loan disbursed. 

Are there any charges applicable for availing the Credit Builder program?

As such there are no charges applicable for availing the credit builder program but in cases where the customer has availed a waiver or done a settlement in any loan accounts, there is a minimum qualifying amount that the customer is liable to pay before enrolling into the Credit Builder Program. This Minimum qualifying amount is calculated based on multiple criteria, we request you to please visit the nearest Asset Servicing Branch to know about the same.

Why I need to pay foreclosure charges if I am closing my loan early?

If you foreclose the account, you will close the loan early than the agreed time and you will be breaking the agreement which was signed at the time of availing the Loan and there are cost and resources involved in opening and closing of the Loan accounts, hence applicable prepayment charges will be charged.

When does my loan get reported to CIBIL?

Any customers account is reported to CIBIL on the same day when the Loan is availed by the customer, CIBIL is a repository of credit information and in the consumer segment it provides information on the various loans availed of and cards held by an individual from a member bank. Its commercial report covers the credit availed of by non-individuals.

When does a loan become NPA?

There are different checks and conditions after which an account is declared as an NPA and different loans have different NPA provisioning norms, you can clarify your doubts with the Bank Staff at any of the Asset Servicing Branch.

What happens if I failed to renew or close my Jewel Loan on maturity?

If you fail to renew your Jewel Loan on or before maturity your Loan account will be treated as delinquent and interest will be charged at the rate of 6% per annum over and above the normal interest rate. For Renewal of the Loan account, please visit the Nearest Asset Servicing Branch or if you have a savings account with our Bank and you use mera iMobile app, you can also renew your account using the App.
