What should I do if not receive the OTP on the mobile number registered with ICICI Bank?


If you do not receive the OTP on your mobile number, check if the mobile number registered in your account is correct.

1. In case the mobile number is incorrect, please register the correct mobile number in your savings account through ICICI Bank ATM or by visiting any ICICI Bank branch.

2. In case the mobile number is correct, Click on 'Regenerate' option provided on the One Time Password Authentication page.

Is there any alternate mode to receive an OTP other than the mobile number?


No, since this is an additional security measure, OTP is sent only to your mobile number registered with ICICI Bank. However through 'i-safe' mobile application, you can generate OTP or URN instantly on your mobile phone instead of receiving it by SMS.
It provides, easy access to Internet Banking account for frequent travelers since OTP / URN can be generated without the registered mobile number being active.

How do I know which OTP should be entered if I receive multiple OTPs?


You will have to use/enter the most recent OTP received on your mobile to access your Internet Banking account.
(If we observe a change in your Internet Banking access parameters, you will be asked to enter OTP to access your Internet Banking account. Every such login will generate a new OTP.)
