How to chat with the representative on internet banking?

Live chat feature is available for Privilege and Wealth customers in the login section of your Internet Banking Account. Through this feature, the customer gets instant help from the bank representative.

Steps to be followed in Internet Banking Account:

  • Click on 'Online Help' (Mentioned vertically on the right hand side of the login screen) 
  • 3 sub options will be displayed:- Click for Live Assistance, Request a Call, Click to Chat.

Live Chat timings are 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd and 4th Saturday).
