What will happen if I enter an incorrect password thrice?

Entering an incorrect password more than 3 times consecutively will disable the Internet Banking User ID.

To activate User ID, please call our Customer Care from your registered mobile number. 

You may also call our Customer Care for any of the below mentioned scenarios:

  • Activation of online Password generation facility
  • Activation of Grid authentication
