Where should I report in case of non-receipt of money by receiver?
For any clarification or more information regarding the Smart Money Order service, you may write to us at customer.care@icicibank.com from your registered e-mail ID or you may call our Customer Care between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from your registered mobile number.

Please note: In case of non-delivery, India Post will resend the Money Order manually to customer. This may take maximum 15 days for delivery. Money Order number would be provided to customers for undelivered Money Orders. ICICI Bank will resolve these complaints with the help of India Post. The India Post takes 10 days to revert on complaints lodged by ICICI Bank on behalf of customer.
