I have made the bill payment to the biller, but the amount has not been credited to beneficiary.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the amount would be reversed to your Savings Account within 7 days from the date of transaction . Hence, we request you to wait for 7 days from the date of transaction.
If the payment is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to send us a confirmation mail to customer.care@icicibank.com from the merchant with the below mentioned details for further assistance.

We will take up the matter with the biller.
