I want to update the same mobile number for my other accounts. How do I do that?

You may register one mobile number for different accounts for transaction alerts only. However, for One Time Password (OTP) and add payee alerts, mobile number is unique to User ID for security reasons i.e. if a mobile number is already linked to another User ID for OTP/payee alerts, you may be unable to register it. However, you may link your multiple accounts to a single User ID.

If the mobile number registered in your account for transaction alerts is registered with another User ID, to register the same number with your account User ID, you may call our Customer Care between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from your registered mobile number.

Or visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch. Once the mobile number is updated with your account User ID, it will be disabled from other User ID.
