How can I change my statement mode from physical to e-mail or vice-versa?
To change the statement mode, we request you to follow the below steps:
Internet banking: 
logging into your Internet Banking Account > My Accounts > Credit cards>  Service Requests > Activation / De-activation of Physical Statement
Customer care: 
You may call our Customer Care between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. from your registered mobile number.

Alternatively, you may write to us at customer.care@icicibank.com with last 4 digits of your Credit Card number from your registered email ID.
