After I login to internet banking, the account gets logged out automatically and the message appears that this site cannot be reached.

We request you to follow the below mentioned steps and try again:

For Internet Explorer: 
Go to 'Tools' then Internet Options > General > Delete Cookies > Ok > Delete Files > Delete all offline content > Ok > Clear History >Yes > Setting > Automatically > OK.

For Google Chrome: 
Open new browser window > Control + H > Clear browsing data.

Also, clear all ‘Temporary Files’ from your computer and open our website in a new browser.

If the problem still persists, you may send us the screen shot of the error message in JPEG or PDF format at customer.care@icicibank.com from your registered e-mail ID. Please note that the maximum size of the attachment should not exceed 200 KB.
